As a Senior Accountant at Confidential Company, you will play a crucial role in managing financial tasks and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise will contribute to the accurate reporting and analysis of financial data, supporting the company's financial health and strategic decision-making.

    Duties:
  • Apply advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in daily accounting operations.
  • Manage general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and other accounting functions.
  • Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast financial trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of financial data, including debits, credits, and variances.
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors as needed.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and best accounting practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in general ledger reconciliation and financial statement preparation is a plus.
