Facilitate the clearance of shipments for global clients by accurately completing required customs documentation and adhering to customs regulations.
Use knowledge of customs regulations to identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of shipments.
Collaborate with customs officials and other government agencies to resolve any issues that may arise during the customs clearance process.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all customs documentation and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients.
