Design Group is recruiting for a Designer in our Atlanta, GA location. This role has work from home flexibility (1-2 days per week), dependent on printing deadlines.

WHAT WILL I DO IN THIS ROLE?
? Work with the creative team to design highly commercial and sellable designs.
? Ensure mock-ups and presentations are of a high standard.
? Accurately complete design briefs on time.
? Maintain an up-to-date trend review at all times.
? Take initiative to present process improvement suggestions.
? Propose new ideas of trend and innovation.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
? Must be proficient on the Mac ? Illustrator, Photoshop, and In-Design.
? Must have an outstanding, broad design portfolio.
? Must possess strong illustrative skills and be tuned into current/future trends.
? Must develop and understand pattern repeats in both Photoshop and Illustrator.
? Must be a highly creative individual who is able to produce exceptional commercial design and product innovation.
? Must be a good communicator and be able to interpret design briefs.
? Must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
? Must be detail-oriented and self-driven.
? Must perform well under pressure.
