About the position

The Digital Chat Representative role involves providing premium customer service for a footwear distributor through various digital channels including phone, chat, email, and social media. The representative will assist customers with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, answering warranty questions, and providing product information. This position is fully remote and requires strong digital communication skills.

Responsibilities
? Support customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.

? Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, and warranty questions.

? Provide product information and assist with website navigation.

? Build relationships with customers through effective communication.

Requirements
? Must have digital chat experience handling multiple chats simultaneously or pass a typing test with 55 WPM.

? Must have reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire.

? Must be able to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references.
