Lead Product Analyst

? Lead exploratory research to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes
? Design and conduct experiments (including AB tests) that maximize learnings for new product feature launches
? Manage and enhance a suite of business intelligence frameworks and dashboards to unlock self-service capabilities among non-technical partners
? Proactively and consistently analyze the overall performance of our Claims and Customer Service operations team to identify trends, anomalies, or other potentially actionable insights
? Identify opportunities to improve analytical methodologies or introduce new techniques to improve analytical deliverables
? Build strong relationships with cross functional partners to influence strategy and to ensure consistent alignment and awareness
? As a lead, you will be expected to mentor other analysts across the team to increase talent density and foster professional development and growth
Requirements: ? 5+ years of work experience in analytics (prior insurance experience preferred) ? 2+ years of work experience at the Senior Analyst or Lead Analyst level ? Proficiency with SQL and BI software (Tableau, Mode, Power BI, etc.) ? Bachelor?s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative field ? In-depth knowledge of experimental design and statistical techniques ? Superior problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and innovatively ? Exceptional written and oral communication; able to effectively collaborate with and present materials to Director and VP levels ? Detail oriented; able to effectively multitask across multiple domains; consistently maintains rigorous documentation ? Roll-up-the sleeves work ethic and ?do-what-it takes? attitude to efficiently execute and drive results in a fast-paced work environment
