About the position

The TM Corporate Sales II position is focused on selling and implementing the bank's treasury management products. The role involves developing new business, expanding existing relationships, and servicing customers. The individual will engage in regular communication with clients to promote treasury management solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
? Sell and implement the bank's treasury management products.

? Develop new treasury management business and expand existing relationships.

? Service customers and manage a growing portfolio of treasury management clients.

? Conduct regular calls on treasury management customers and prospects.

? Understand clients' businesses and industries to provide tailored solutions.

? Provide technical and operational support and product training to customers.

? Promote and support all treasury management products and other bank offerings.

? Manage the sales process, including proposals and analysis for customers and prospects.

? Support the bank's relationship banking culture through ongoing customer contact and quality service.

? Collect competitive product and pricing information.

? Present treasury management awareness sessions as assigned.
,
? Attend and participate in officers meetings throughout the territory.

? Create and maintain a loyal consultant role with customers, prospects, and employees.

? Continuously increase product knowledge as offerings evolve.

? Effectively use bank applications required for the job.

? Comply with all bank compliance requirements.

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
,
? 7-10 years of treasury management experience or equivalent education and professional experience, preferably 10+ years.

? Strong sales skills.
,
? Excellent computer skills.
,
? Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.

? Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
