Conduct sales calls and visits to potential clients - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients - Negotiate contracts and close deals - Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale - Keep detailed records of sales activities and follow up on leads ?? *Qualifications:**
Proven experience in sales or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations (preferred) - Experience in insurance or retail sales (desired) - Familiarity with benefits administration (nice-to-have)
