Director of Automotive Title & Registration

Job Summary
The Director of Automotive Title & Registration will play an integral part in the growth of our company. This person will oversee a fast-paced department that involves licensing, titling and registration of vehicles.

Duties
?? Develop and direct a high performing team to process title & registration transactions for customers.
?? Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding transaction status, document needs and timelines.
?? Maintain expert knowledge of state and local title & registration rules and regulations while building internal reference materials.
?? Build working relationships with outside vendors, including tag agents, electronic processors and state and local agencies.

Qualifications
?? College degree required.
?? Background or strong experience with DMV required.
?? Knowledge of state vehicle licensing & titling rules and regulations required.
?? Experience in the automotive or transportation industries required.
?? Meticulous attention to detail.
