As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels.Key Responsibilities: Â Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. Â Assist customers with booking, reservations, and general travel information. Â Resolve customer concerns and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Â Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer situations. Â Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
