About the positionAxis RPO is seeking a motivated Entry Level Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Tulsa, OK. The Account Manager will also be responsible for generating sales among customer accounts, answering inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. This position requires collaboration with the team on sales goals and business development needs, utilizing sales software to track leads, update customer information, and manage accounts effectively. The work schedule is Monday to Friday during the day shift, with Saturday mornings required but no holidays. The role is primarily in-person, with some remote work options available. Candidates should have a strong desire to learn and develop their skills in a supportive and positive teamwork environment. Responsibilities
 Engage with customers in-person in a professional, friendly manner

 Assist customers with product inquiries and provide an excellent customer experience

 Generate sales among customer accounts

 Utilize sales software to track leads, update customer information, and manage accounts
Requirements
 Bachelor of Science degree preferred but not required with relevant work experience
,
 0-3 years of relevant work experience, especially working with customers; restaurant and retail experience is a major plus
,
 Strong interpersonal skills
,
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
,
 Good negotiation skills
,
 Ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
,
 Ability to work full-time and reliably commute to the office
,
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
