About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while assisting with policy updates, retention efforts, and cross-selling opportunities. You?ll also play a key role in overseeing daily office operations alongside the Agency Owner.
This position is not responsible for generating new business but will focus on servicing and expanding existing client relationships by offering additional coverage options.
Key Responsibilities
? Answer and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails from clients
? Assist clients with policy updates, questions, and changes
? Cross-sell additional policies to existing clients to enhance coverage
? Enter and process new applications, policy changes, and claims reports
? Utilize tools like SalesForce CRM, ANS (Agency Notification System), Hearsay Social, and Main Frame to manage client interactions
? Coordinate prospecting efforts through direct mail and personal insurance reviews
? Maintain office efficiency by implementing processes and overseeing daily operations
What We?re Looking For
Current or prior experience in an American Family Insurance agency or corporate role
Arizona Property, Casualty, and Life licenses (must be active)
10+ years of insurance servicing experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professionalism when speaking with clients
Experience with retention and customer service strategies
Ability to handle upset clients with patience and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with social media messaging (Facebook & Instagram Messenger)
? Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required.
? Past management, customer service, or sales experience is highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $44,200 - $52,000 per year
Commission: Earn commissions on all cross-sold policies
Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based incentive programs
