As a Customer Service Representative - Data Entry at Ecuamia Flowers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately entering customer orders and information into our database. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Enter customer orders and information into our system accurately and efficiently
Review and verify the accuracy of data input for completeness and correctness
