Call Center / Sales Representative Compensation
· The pay for this position is $25.00 per hour
Call Center / Sales Representative Highlights
· Schedule is Monday  Friday 8am-5pm PST
Call Center / Sales Representative Responsibilities
· Call Center/ Sales Rep making outbound calls supporting Care management Team for CA Market
· Fast Paced Call Center setting - making outbound calls to existing managed care members.
· Calling existing members and discussing memberÂs care / medical reasons for members to sign up for the program.
· Enrolling members into Care Management programs
· Production/Sales based role - will be monitored on the number of members they sign up for program
· Making a minimum of 60 calls per day in a fast-paced environment
· Data Entry into True Care EMR system
Call Center / Sales Representative Requirements
· Candidates must live in PST or MST time zones
· 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment within the healthcare field
· At least 2 years of previous healthcare experience required
· Sales experience is highly preferred
· Bilingual candidates preferred
· Technical/computer proficiency with aptitude to troubleshoot computer issues.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
 Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
