WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
â¬Ä½ Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
â¬Ä½ Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
â¬Ä½ Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
â¬Ä½ Be an amazing problem-solver
â¬Ä½ Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
â¬Ä½ Offer additional products and/or services
â¬Ä½ Deliver expert customer experiencesâ¬Å¯with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Technical Support / Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:
â¬Ä½ Strong focus on building customer relationships
â¬Ä½ 1+ year of customer service experience
â¬Ä½ Technical support experience preferred
â¬Ä½ Open availability
â¬Ä½ A high school diploma or GED
â¬Ä½ A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
â¬Ä½ Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
â¬Ä½ Eagerness to learn new technologies
â¬Ä½ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
â¬Ä½ Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
â¬Ä½ A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
â¬Ä½ High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
â¬Ä½ Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
