Qualifications: Â Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual environment. Â Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language. Â Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, virtual work environment. Â Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely solutions. Â Proficiency with computer systems, internet navigation, and basic troubleshooting. Â Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs. Â A dedicated home office space with a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment conducive to virtual work.
