Global HR Digital Solution Testing Analyst, you will play a key role to ensure the functional readiness of Workday solution for Global Job Architecture (GJA), before it become available to all J&J employees, by performing and administering a series of tests and evaluations that identify any potential issues, with the solution.

- Proficient in HCM modules like Staffing and Compensation
- Experience working on Workday Automation Tools like Kainos Smart
- Defect Management tool Jira
Proficiency in defect triage calls
