Candidate must have experience performing usability testing and communicating activities and findings and Controlling and managing daily test activities. Workday Core HCM, testing workday transactions, preparing functional/automated test plans and procedures. Experience working in large/complex companies.

Global HR Digital Solution Testing Analyst, you will play a key role to ensure the functional readiness of Workday solution for Global Job Architecture (GJA), before it become available to all J&J employees, by performing and administering a series of tests and evaluations that identify any potential issues, with the solution.

Requirements:

• Proficient in HCM modules like Staffing and Compensation
• Experience working on Workday Automation Tools like Kainos Smart
• Defect Management tool Jira
