What You Will Do...

Assist customers through live chat, providing answers, information, and resolving their queries in real-time.
Engage in an online environment, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Use provided scripts and training materials to handle a variety of customer interactions, adapting to their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
