Role Overview

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to join our North American consulting leadership team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in maximizing our regional growth potential and shaping the strategic direction of our consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and engage in project management, providing guidance to project managers to ensure superior client outcomes.
• Lead project teams to derive insightful findings and actionable recommendations.
• Address project delivery challenges and act as a key escalation point.
• Spearhead business development efforts by identifying and securing new opportunities, from lead generation to contract execution.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service offerings and elevate our market presence through thought leadership initiatives.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture, mentoring associates and consultants through effective coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with global teams on the development of service offerings and operational enhancements.

Required Skills
• 10-15+ years of relevant consulting experience, particularly in ESG and sustainability.
• Proven track record in client management and team leadership.
• Strong expertise in responsible sourcing and supply chains.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in multicultural teams.

Qualifications
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in a high-growth consulting environment is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to meet ambitious business targets while cultivating a robust professional network that enhances sales and talent opportunities.
