We seek a dynamic and driven individual for the Permanent VP of Customer Service role within our prestigious investment company. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong customer service background in the hotel industry and student housing sector to lead and shape our customer service team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring that our high standards are met and exceeded and that our clients receive the exceptional service they expect from us. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
As the VP of Customer Service, your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience for all clients.
2. Managing and leading a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
3. Hiring, training, and developing new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their reserve, serving as the point of escalation for complex customer service, providing problem-solving skills, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborating with other departments to integrate customer service with all aspects of our business operations.
6. Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement necessary changes to provide concierge-level service to our customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and needs to deliver personalized solutions.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the VP of Customer Service role should have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably within the finance industry.
2. Extensive experience in the hotel industry and student housing sector, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Experience inning, training, and developing a high-performing customer service team.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively resolve complex customer service issues.
6. A strong understanding of customer service metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive improvements.
7. A customer-centric approach, committed to delivering a superior service experience.
