Description

Jet Aviation is currently recruiting for the role of Corporate Flight Attendant, based in Dulles, VA. The Flight Attendant ensures the comfort and convenience of passengers on each flight and is responsible for catering, administrative tasks, and training duties when not flying.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Flight Attendant, you'll be responsible for performing duties assigned by the pilot-in-command, providing emergency assistance, administering first aid, conducting pre-flight procedures, ensuring FAA-compliant passenger briefings, adhering to company policies, delivering exceptional in-flight service, maintaining cabin cleanliness, managing supplies, and submitting required documentation and receipts. You may also handle other duties as assigned.

Compensation: The baseline range for this non-exempt position is $100,000 - $110,000 annually.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of previous Corporate Flight Attendant experience or relevant experience in an airline or commercial carrier. FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar Flight Attendant training is preferred, with priority given to candidates who completed training within the last 12 months. Candidates without formal training will be considered but must complete initial training before flight assignments.

Additional requirements include the ability to lift/move up to 62 pounds for tasks such as removing emergency exit windows, assisting with passenger baggage, and launching life rafts in emergencies. Candidates must have a valid U.S. driver?s license, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods while performing duties. They must also be able to perform emergency evacuation procedures when needed.

Preferred qualifications include Food Handling and Culinary Training, as well as in-flight medical training (CPR/AED/BBP) completed within the past 12 months. Candidates must have no restrictions on their Passport, VISA, or overall health for worldwide travel.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail and technical proficiency, with the ability to operate complex cabin systems. Applicants must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated by the start date unless valid medical or religious exceptions apply.

The position also demands flexibility to work at the Flight Operations facility in Sterling, Virginia, Monday through Friday, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays as needed. Candidates must reside within a reasonable, commutable driving distance from the facility.
