The opportunity
Adobe Design is seeking an Experience Designer to help build next-generation enterprise experiences that drive Customer Journey Management in Adobe Experience Cloud. We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile designer who thinks holistically while caring about details throughout the design process?from problem definition to design development and reiteration.
You will work very closely with our partners across the entire Adobe organization in product management, engineering, and customer support to deliver solutions that have a direct and measurable impact on the business. Collaborate with a team of innovative creators who are dedicated to our users, crafting forward-thinking experiences for major brands worldwide.
What you?ll do
? Work with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize and develop design solutions that will redefine how brands build, optimize, and personalize experiences to advance their objectives.
? Convey design through compelling stories?via sketches, storyboards, and high-fidelity mockups.
? Design, build, and test interactive prototypes to facilitate iterative designs.
? Align visual language and interaction mechanisms with underlying technologies.
? Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers from across Adobe.
? Be the voice of the user, balancing user requirements, client objectives, and reality.
What you?ll need to succeed
Must-Haves:
? A degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field (HCI, interaction, visual), or comparable work experience.
? Ability to grasp the essence of complex design problems and translate them to practical design solutions using fundamental visual and interaction design principles.
? Enduring curiosity with a track record of shipping outstanding experiences that meet user needs, product requirements, and strategic business objectives.
? Experience working iteratively with an agile engineering and product team, with the ability to incorporate feedback to produce highly polished and professional finished experiences.
? Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
? Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, or Sketch
Nice-to-Haves:
? Experience building enterprise workflows to help users get through a complicated system.
? A clear understanding of marketing strategies, including personalization and experimentation methodology.
? Knowledge and experience conducting research.
? A background in information architecture.

Adobe Design builds tools that amplify the world?s ability to create and communicate. We?re a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe?s three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several? U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position?is $117,000 -- $227,500 annually. Pay?within this range varies by work location?and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,?and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
