Pepsico is hiring for Retail Sales Consultant

In their capacity, the Retail Sales Consultant is required to enhance the availability and prominence of the Pepsico Beverages portfolio by utilizing strategic selling methods and effective merchandising strategies across diverse customer channels. Primary responsibilities consist of expanding product distribution, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service within designated accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Distribution:
? Establish a secure system for the continual availability of Pepsico goods, including Pepsi, Gatorade, Tropicana, Rockstar, Bang, and similar products.
? Improve product distribution and drive sales growth by managing designated accounts efficiently.
? Actively pursue new business ventures to increase the accessibility of products and introduce a wider array of packaging options in identified territories.
? Install and maintain equipment to enable seamless product distribution and maximize sales potential.

Customer Relations:
? Exceed customer expectations for assigned accounts and emphasize the benefits of Pepsico's Service Advantage.
? Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
? Connect with store managers and influential decision-makers to influence product positioning and increase brand visibility.

Merchandising & Promotion:
? Maximize sales potential and create a buzz using well-placed point-of-sale (POS) resources.
? Enhance the promotion of products, build visually compelling displays, secure placement on shelves, and ensure adherence to local and national execution policies.
? Optimizing shelf facings and enhancing product placement are achieved through the regular resetting of stores.

Reporting & Compliance:
? Make sure that employees are following the company's sales strategies and guidelines accurately.
? Maintain precise records of sales events, customer interactions, and merchandising campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications: ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Shows a strong sales focus and the capability to achieve or exceed set objectives. ? Aptitude for merchandising with an emphasis on creating alluring displays that attract attention. ? Insight into emerging movements and customer preferences within the beverage industry. ? Displays excellent organizational aptitude and time-utilization capabilities.

Education & Experience:
? Candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a preference for those who have completed college.
? Having worked in sales before, especially in consumer goods or retail, can be advantageous.
