Looking for an exciting opportunity to manage innovative HVAC projects? A well-established, full-service HVACR contractor with over 45 years of expertise is seeking a Project Manager to oversee energy-efficient air-conditioning projects from concept to completion.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Incentives (Averaging $40,000)

Car Allowance: $650/month + Additional Mileage Reimbursement

What Youll Do:

Plan, direct, and oversee project execution

Manage budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements

Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders

Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage

What Were Looking For:

5+ years in mechanical project management

Strong HVAC&R knowledge and experience in estimating & bid preparation

Leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
