We are seeking a Marketing, Sales & Administrative Assistant to support our executive team (CEO & CRO) with marketing, event planning, sales operations, and administrative execution. This role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Management
? Manage social media strategy & execution (LinkedIn, Instagram, company blog, newsletters).
? Create engaging content, schedule posts, and track engagement metrics.
? Assist in the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and branding materials.
? Coordinate website updates in collaboration with external partners.

Events Planning & Execution
? Plan, coordinate, and execute Headfarmer-hosted events, networking functions, and client appreciation experiences.
? Secure venues, manage vendor relationships, and oversee event logistics.
? Ensure seamless execution of events and marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.

Sales & Executive Support
? Provide sales support for Recruiters, Business Development, and Executive Team, including preparing proposals, tracking leads, and managing follow-ups.
? Assist in CRM/database management.
? Research potential clients, create outreach lists, and manage engagement tracking.
? Coordinate and schedule client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

Administrative & Operational Support
? Serve as the right-hand support to executives in daily operations.
? Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
? Handle travel arrangements, expenses, and office logistics.
? Support HR functions, including onboarding new hires and maintaining team engagement.

Qualifications
? 2+ years of experience in marketing, executive support, sales coordination, or event planning.
? Strong proficiency in social media management, content creation, and CRM tools (Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar).
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
? Experience supporting C-level executives is a plus.
