Job Responsibilities:
The Total Rewards Manager position, within the Corporate Human Resources Total Rewards organization, is responsible for the implementation and management of the Company?s global compensation programs and processes. This role will provide expertise in global compensation in the areas of salary plan administration, variable incentive compensation, job architecture, salary survey/market analysis and job analysis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Manages the implementation and maintenance of reward policies, programs and tools to manage pay globally ? Partners with Total Rewards Leaders to align compensation strategies and programs with business objectives ? Partners with Total Rewards Leaders across various business units to plan compensation program deployment strategies with a focus on employee experience ? Plays a key leadership role in Workday Advanced Compensation Planning cycles, including process development and management, HR and HR Ops training and communications, and Manager training and communications. ? Communicates and trains internal customers on compensation policies, programs, and practices ? Leads and participates in complex global compensation projects and partners in cross-functional HR projects ? Plays a key leadership role in Workday Advanced Compensation Planning cycles, including process development and management, HR and HR Ops training and communications, and Manager training and communications. ? Responsible for ensuring global compensation processes align with HR Operations and Workday capabilities and strategies.
Education:
? College degree required; Master degree preferred.
Experience/Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have 5 years of compensation experience.
Additionally:
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Excellent attention to detail
? Ability to handle and manage confidential data
? Global compensation experience, particularly in North America, Asia (China, Singapore, India) and/or Europe (France, UK, Germany, Poland)
? Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to compensation
? Demonstrated project management experience; Strong knowledge of process development and documentation
? Excellent organization, planning and decision making skills
? Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees across all organizational levels
? Ability to work effectively and productively, independently and collaboratively
? Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Knowledgeable with MS Access, Word and PowerPoint
? Experience with Workday a plus
? Experience with MarketPay and Mercer?s and International Position Evaluation (IPE) systems or comparable systems helpful
