About the position

The HR Manager Consultant position is a six-month contract role focused on managing various HR projects for a client in Orange County, CA. The consultant will be responsible for conducting audits, facilitating sexual harassment training, and supporting the rollout of an updated employee handbook. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess strong project management skills, particularly in environments with a high number of non-exempt employees.

Responsibilities
? Conduct onsite audits of HR practices and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.

? Facilitate engaging sexual harassment training sessions for staff at all levels.

? Coordinate the development and distribution of an updated employee handbook.

? Administer and analyze employee surveys to gauge workplace satisfaction.

? Help develop and implement scalable HR programs that align with organizational goals.

? Utilize bilingual communication to enforce policies and collaborate with senior leaders on compliance projects.

? Maintain meticulous records of all HR projects and communicate findings to leadership.

Requirements
? Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or in a similar role.

? Expertise in HR audits, training, and policy implementation.

? Strong command of both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.

? Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

? Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
