We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organization's strategic goals. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
Duties
? Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
? Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
? Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
? Ensure compliance with regulations and other employment laws.
Skills
? Proficient in data collection and analysis to inform HR decisions.
? Proven ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
? Ability to engage with senior leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.
? Knowledge of regulations and other employment-related laws.
