About the position

The Front Desk Hotel Agent at 1840s Carrollton Inn is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all hotel guests. This role involves greeting and registering guests, managing reservations, and providing concierge services, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency. The position is integral to creating a positive first impression and enhancing the overall guest experience at the hotel.

Responsibilities
? Greeting and registering hotel guests.

? Providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests throughout their entire stay.

? Making and modifying reservations as needed.
,
? Maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
,
? Performing hotel operator and concierge duties.
,
? Settling guest's account upon check out.

Requirements
? Previous Customer Service experience required.
,
? Previous Hotel Front Desk experience required.
,
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
,
? Effective problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

? Ability to work with and understand financial information and data, and perform basic arithmetic functions.
,
? Ability to work efficiently without frequent supervision.

Nice-to-haves
? Hotel experience: 2 years (Preferred)
