Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Roadside Assistance Technicians to join our Emergency Roadside Assistance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
? You will operate a full-size or mini service truck or tow truck, equipped with the latest technology and equipment, to provide roadside assistance to our members.
? Utilize GPS and maps to efficiently locate member breakdown locations and navigate through traffic.
? Provide expert technical support by performing tasks such as fuel delivery, battery testing, jumpstarts, lockout service, and tire changes.
? Work closely with dispatchers to prioritize calls and allocate resources effectively.
? Strive for 100% member satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
? Promote AAA's products and services to members, including On-the-Go Tow and battery tests/sales.
? Participate in special events, such as parades, travel shows, Car Care, and Public Relations events.

What We Offer
? A competitive starting salary of $21.50 per hour in Florida, with overtime earning potential at time and a half.
? Shift premiums: 5% for hours worked between 5pm and 11pm and 10% for hours worked between 11pm and 5am.
? A one-time sign-on bonus of $1,000, split into two payments at 90 and 180 days of employment.
? $250 Quarterly Perfect Attendance bonus.

Requirements
? A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
? At least 21 years old.
? A valid state driver's license with minimal driving infractions/incidents.
? Experience using tablets or electronic devices to update calls, review policies, document safety records, and complete other applicable duties.
? Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and ability to meet/exceed customer expectations.
? The ability to lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
? Sucessful completion of drug screening, MVR, criminal background check, and DOT health screenings (pre-employment and ongoing).
