KLUS is a growing company that designs and manufacture innovative LED lighting solutions. Our underlying idea is to create high quality, modular component systems to integrate flexible LED circuits into everyday living space in order to meet the high expectations and needs of our customers.

We are currently seeking an Executive level - Director of Sales and Marketing to join our growing business in the North American market. The Sales and Marketing Director?s role would be to plan and execute sales, marketing and product development programs that will meet pre-determined targets and increase company?s market share.

We are looking for an executive member of our leadership team who will take part in bringing the company to the next level and continuing our growth.
? Develop and execute strategic plan to increase and achieve sales targets and expand customer base while overseeing effectiveness of sales strategies
? Oversee and build effective sales and marketing department teams by selecting, hiring, motivating and overseeing sales and marketing team
? Motivate Sales and Marketing team members to comply with all appropriate rules and policies and meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals
? Plans, monitors, and enforces job results
? Design and implement sales processes and systems
? Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets
? Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profits for existing and new products
? Foresee, assess risks and counteract them to assure sales growth opportunities for the business
? Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations
? Initiate, make decisions and implement plan that will assure company?s market share growth and will build strong brand awareness
? Research and analyze the market, find and assess sales growth opportunities for the products
? Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel
? Develop and organize procedures within the sales and marketing department
? Work closely with the management team to assure communication and flow of information
? Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
? Promote customer relationships to assure continued customer satisfaction
? Provide overall account management to existing stocking distributors, reps, national accounts and independent distributors
? Learn and understand the product offer and its functionality

Required Qualifications: ? 5 years in management-level sales position with recorded success ? 10 years of experience in the sales and marketing sector of the lighting industry ? Bachelor?s degree in Business required; MBA preferred ? Excellent organizational, sales planning skills and analytical skills ? Excellent management and project coordination skills ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization ? Proven experience building, mentoring, motivating and leading high performing teams and attracting and retaining top talents. ? Highly self-motivated, hands on, leading by example ? SAP knowledge ? Position is on premise
