Credit Quality Analyst

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Credit Quality Analyst for their Phoenix, AZ location.

Responsibilities: ? Loan documentation preparation. ? Key responsibilities include documenting new facilities, amending existing deals, and managing the closing process/due diligence requirements of commercial credit. ? Must be proficient in word, and attention to detail is crucial. ? Effective communication with business partners, clients, and peers is essential in order to foster a cohesive environment. ? Must have some knowledge of commercial credit/lending. ? Support Business Banking Front Line Units with getting their client?s loan closed accurately and on time. ? Serve as the loan fulfillment ?closer? by ensuring all due diligence is accurate and complete prior to booking and funding loan (insurance, appraisal, title work, Good Standing, UCC, and CRA requirements) loan ? Prepare legal loan documentation using bank templates and documentation tools. ? Work closely with commercial underwriting, bank Legal and Risk partners to vet out special loan closing conditions. ? Review large commercial loan documentation from outside counsel to ensure that it complies with bank standards prior to booking and funding loan ? Work well and collaborate in a team office setting

Requirements: ? Not an underwriting role ? Ability to handle multiple tasks while balancing accuracy in efficiency metric based environment ? Ability to meet monthly metrics: productivity, quality of work, timeliness, client satisfaction. ? Must have strong inter-personal communication skills to work with a variety of business partners ? Sense of urgency and strong customer service skills a must ? Able to navigate in Word and Excel ? Ability to navigate and toggle between multiple systems ? Ability to suggest approaches to meet needs ? Paralegal experience would be helpful.
