Volt is immediately hiring Admin Assistant in SCOTTSDALE, Arizona.

As an Admin Assistant you will:

Duties and Responsibilities
? Under direct supervision a Senior Health Services Associate, performs inbound/outbound transactions and back-office work in support of patient access, affordability, and care.
? Acts in accordance with operational requirements, processes and procedures, and training.
? Ensures customer satisfaction by assisting, researching, and responding to customer questions, inquiries, and concerns, providing proper information in a timely fashion and in a manner that promotes continued business.
? Functions as primary customer contact by placing, receiving, and handling telephone calls and correspondence both written and electronic concerning program, account and/or distribution activities and for patient safety, support and/or assistance programs.
? Provides assistance and investigates problems using computer technology, databases and established procedures.
? Contacts customers with solutions, obtains further information as needed or refers customers to appropriate party. Works within established departmental guidelines.

Skills:
? Basic Computer Skills
? Typing speed should be a minimum of 35 wpm
? Typically requires 1+ years of related experience
? Healthcare experience preferred
? Spanish is beneficial.

This is a Full time, Contract opportunity.

Shift: 1st shift
Duration: 3 Months
Location: SCOTTSDALE, Arizona
Pay Rate: $17 per hour.
? Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
