Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding our presence in the DFW market. This role requires experience in route sales, face-to-face sales, hospitality, and B2B sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development: ? Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DFW area. ? Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. ? Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to present Peak Entertainment's products and services. ? Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Customer Relationship Management:
? Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
? Regularly visit customer locations to monitor satisfaction and identify additional needs.
? Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Market Research and Strategy:
? Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the gaming industry.
? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
? Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies as necessary.

Collaboration and Reporting:
? Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
? Report on sales activities, progress, and market conditions to management.
? Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights.

Duties and Responsibilities: ? Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory. ? Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, highlighting benefits and ROI. ? Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts. ? Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Peak Entertainment. ? Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Compensation:
? No cap on earnings.
? Generous commission structure of up to $10,000 per contract.

Qualifications: ? Previous experience in route sales, face-to-face sales, hospitality, and B2B sales. ? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. ? Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. ? Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. ? Minimum of 21 years of age. ? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
? Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear.
? Frequently required to drive to customer locations.
? Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
? Work environment varies between office, customer locations, and events.
