Job Overview

Under general direction of the Airport Concessions Manager, performs business analytics for Concessions? business units, supports strategic initiatives, enhances operations, and optimizes and drives revenue growth for the Concessions Department. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, analyzes and provides statistical performance data, oversees development and monitoring of the Airport Board's revenue and expense budgets, coordinates and participates in special projects, and delivers actionable insights to enhance decision-making within Concessions.

What you will be doing:
? Conducts and participates in financial and operational analyses projects relating to the Concessions department to assess business performance, identify trends, and support revenue optimization. Through analytics, improves business development strategies, quantifies potential financial impacts, researches relevant airport and concessions industry trends, and reports on best practices.
? Provides financial evaluation for the development of requests for proposals, qualifications bids, and analyzes those proposals to determine successful candidates.
? Recommends and administers standardized procedures for forecasting expenditures, prepares and submits budget requests, and reports revenue and expenditure status. Obtains, reviews, and summarizes documentation evidencing financial transactions between all entities involved in various projects.
? Prepares reports on concessionaire performance, contract status, activity, and revenue trends, presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner, at various levels of detail including but not limited to a concessionaire, category, sub-category and overall status.
? Collaborates and develops strategies with the Business Unit Managers to identify reporting needs and provide data-driven insights for operational improvements and revenue maximization.
? Facilitates the closure of Audit issues and assists with the design, documentation and implementation of IT related projects, ensuring alignment with department objectives. Responds to information requests from industry organizations or third parties.
? Analyzes and researches trends in the macro and microenvironment to support business development strategies and decision-making, and develops strategies to address trends, and prepares cost and sensitivity analyses of proposed and existing programs.
? Develops and maintains statistical databases, compiles data gathered through analysis to develop revenue modeling solutions, visual reports and dashboards using advanced data visualization tools for executive reporting and provides actionable recommendations to help maximize revenue and reduce loss.
? Leads and conducts projects involved in productivity and performance studies; develops work plans, captures and analyzes information and presents findings. Acts as an internal consultant by providing direct analytical or methodological assistance to business units within the Concessions Department.
? Develops the annual revenue budget with the manager and oversees the O&M budget including the development of financial history and trends, cost/benefit analyses, revenue projection information and development of long-range strategic and financial planning and forecasting.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.

What you need:
? Bachelor?s degree in business administration, finance, maintenance management, or a related field.
? Five (5) years of experience in business planning, business analytics, operational or quantitative analysis, statistical or financial analysis or program and performance analysis.
? Experience with project management and data analytic tools.
? Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
? Possession of a valid Class C driver?s license.
