As part of this organization, the Identity Solutions team delivers innovative, scalable solutions that protect consumers and businesses as new relationships are started and as they interact around the globe. These solutions make money movement safer, simpler and more efficient and power transformational experiences.
This is a key leadership role spanning innovation, product strategy, and product development specific to opportunities in the identity domain and money movement flows around the globe. The leader will work with a cross functional team comprised of senior management in the company across Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Privacy & Legal and other Product leaders across the Core Payments, Commercial Payments & New Flows and Services business units.
Role:
This role requires a high impact, senior product leader with demonstrated success in shaping global business line strategies, understands broad market trends and insights in the Identity domain, thinks conceptually across multiple product areas and groups while leading emerging business priorities for Identity Solutions to drive growth for the business.
? Oversight on all aspects of product management, product development, data sourcing for a global suite of identity solutions that leverage AI and data to generate intelligence and verify digital personas, devices and online behavior to enhance the customer experience and prevent a variety of crimes including identity theft and scams.
? Lead development of product innovation and growth strategy as well as cross functional execution to drive differentiation and increase market share for portfolio.
? Lead new product development and establish mid to long-term product roadmap for identity solutions with a focus on digital interactions and money movement beyond traditional card payments.
? Drive focus on building and commercializing leading-edge products that deliver value to traditional customer segments as well as new strategic customer segments including fintech, buy-now-pay-later, crypto exchanges and governments.
? Lead integration of data and services to realize synergies across acquired entities and broader company to enhance efficiency, competitive differentiation and drive scale.
? Ensure solution adoption meets the required growth rate and effectiveness KPIs.
? Accountable to establish high-growth trajectory and realize revenue targets for the business.
? Report on business strategy, KPIs and roadmap to executive management within Identity Solutions, broader Security Solutions business unit and regional teams.
? Engage in industry forums, directly with customers and partners to drive thought leadership in domain, build key relationships in ecosystem and identify emerging market opportunities.
? Present and lead discussions at various levels of the organization including to senior leaders in the regions.
? Lead and inspire direct team of product managers and data scientists as well as a large cross-functional team of key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have broad and extensive experience with:
? Subject matter expertise in identity, KYC, KYB and fraud domains required. Experience in account to account and commercial Payments a plus.
? Engaging, transformational leadership style with proven ability to inspire team behind ambitious goals.
