Description
You will be responsible for advising and providing innovative EH&S solutions for Apple's products and services. This role will report through the Real Estate Legal team. Key responsibilities include:
? advising internal business partners on environmental, health and safety regulatory matters;
? developing strategies that prioritize EH&S regulatory compliance and mitigate business risk;
? monitoring updates to global EH&S regulations and supporting company-wide compliance procedures;
? investigating and responding to requests for information, compliance orders, and enforcement actions;
? coordinating internal and external investigations, compliance reviews and monitoring activities;
? providing strategic guidance on managing relationships with various regulatory bodies;
? supporting environmental due diligence for real property transactions.
Minimum Qualifications
? 8+ years of relevant experience at either at a top law firm or in-house;
? Knowledge of global environment, health and safety regulations;
? Experience providing strategic, practical and actionable advice to business teams;
? Experience advising on regulatory compliance and related issues;
? JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

? At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $221,600 and $333,200. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. You'll also receive benefits including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and reimbursement for certain educational expenses.
