Production Supervisor, Model Y, General Assembly (Night Shift)

What To Expect
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading a dynamic team of Associates and Leads while managing operations and driving key performance metrics on the manufacturing floor. You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI, and Material Flow teams to ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
? Build and lead a high-performing production team to consistently meet quality and production targets
? Collaborate with Engineering to improve product manufacturability and line productivity
? Develop and implement training programs and hiring plans for production team members
? Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions to resolve production issues
? Ensure quality standards are met and defects are prevented from leaving the production are
? Maintain and enforce Standardized Manufacturing Instructions and operating procedures
? Promote a strong culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and best practices

What You'll Bring
? 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably managing direct reports
? Experience in hiring, training, and developing production team members
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, costs)
? Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels
? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed

Expected Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
