POSITION SUMMARY
This position will lead the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department for CurascriptSD. This role will manage and oversee the Collections, Credit and Cash Management for CurascriptSD. The Director will also act as a key liaison for finance with the Sales team, working closely with customers to manage risk for the organization. This leader will be the primary point of contact for senior leadership for RCM. The leader should be adaptable and act as a change agent for the department. This role will manage the risk for the CurascriptSD organization and lead and develop a strong team.
The leader will develop, monitor, and maintain KPI?s that report the health of their team(s) and that the reporting provides actionable data. The Director will work cross functionally to proactively address issues, solution for the future state, and assess process changes the make RCM operations more effective and efficient and ensure that productivity is maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor?s Degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business Management required.
? Master?s Degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business Management preferred.
? 7+ years? experience in Revenue Cycle Management for high growth, large organizations.
? SAP Experience preferred.
? RCM experience preferred in the Healthcare setting (i.e. insurer, hospital, health system, etc?)
? Supply Chain management experience, to include working knowledge of Specialty Distribution and medical billing rules and regulations.
? Credit experience preferred.
? Strong leadership skills with the ability collaborate and stakeholder across multiple disciplines within the organization.
? A demonstrated track-record of process improvement.
? Have an executive presence; both internally and externally. Ability to gain trust of peers, staff, and sr. leaders.
? Ability to motivate, cultivate, and model a best-in-class organizational culture.
