ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a scientific and technical advisor to ARPA-H?enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation's healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As a HubSpot CRM/Marketing Specialist, you will provide support and thought leadership to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem. This role supports the Project Accelerator Transition Innovation Office (PATIO).
What you will do:
Serve as HubSpot Expert:
? Develop, deploy, and maintain HubSpot dashboards and custom reports to track relevant metrics and analyze marketing performance and client engagement.
? Advise senior leadership and stakeholders for marketing optimization based upon engagement data.
? Create, implement, and maintain a comprehensive HubSpot Onboarding program to train and support new users on platform features and best practices, ensuring they can leverage the platform effectively for various engagement use cases.
Analyze and interpret CRM data:
? Utilize your deep understanding of HubSpot CRM data and your ability to translate this knowledge into effective strategies to assist ARPA-H in shaping future marketing development.
? Continuously analyze CRM data and recommend improvements through actionable insights to enhance sales, marketing, and customer service workflows.
Stay current with scientific advancements:
? Actively track and analyze new research findings in this field.
? Identify and propose emerging methodologies and technologies that could enhance the program's progress.
? Participate in scientific discussions and presentations, contributing your expertise to the program's overall knowledge base.
Collaborate effectively within a diverse team:
? Build strong relationships with computational scientists, engineers, and other scientific advisors involved in the program.
? Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
? Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive the program forward.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $150,000

U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
