Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including identifying new partnership opportunities and managing existing partnerships.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying potential growth opportunities, conducting market research and analysis, and creating strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement partnership strategies that align with overall company goals and objectives.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor and track partner performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
Identify and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership and business development strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce products and services, and effectively communicate their value to partners.
Manage a team of partnership and business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to leverage partnerships for revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Represent Salesforce at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and build new partnerships.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends related to strategic partnerships and business development.
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for partnership initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.
Continuously assess and improve partnership processes, tools, and resources to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Act as a subject matter expert on partnership and business development strategies, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of innovation, partnership, and continuous learning.
