Responsibilities
? Support the Marketing Department in achieving its goals.

? Proof and edit copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

? Prepare PowerPoint presentations for various division meetings and events.

? Represent Ben E. Keith Co. professionally by maintaining a positive attitude and following the company dress code.

? Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining record systems, and performing basic spreadsheet tracking tasks.

? Assist in coordinating division events and promotional purchases.
,
? Complete special projects as assigned.
,
? Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.

? Assist in developing graphics and layouts for instructional and promotional materials for internal and external distribution.

? Complete photography projects and coordinate with external business partners for printing needs.

? Maintain an archive of images, photos, and previous design work.
,
? Stay current with industry trends through professional publications, associations, and design workshops.
Requirements
? 2-5 years of office or marketing experience preferred.

? 2+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite in a production environment preferred.

? Familiarity with digital file formats and knowledge of four-color process and spot color preferred.

? Valid driver's license required for company business-related driving.

? High level of attention to detail with a commitment to Ben E. Keith Company principles and standards.

? Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to assess needs and meet quality standards.

? Strong ability to speak to small and large groups, conveying information effectively.

? Strong writing skills to prepare reports, correspondence, and internal/external communications.
