? Role: Senior IT Project Manager, PMO
? Location: 2-3 days a week in office in Dallas, TX

Required skills: IT PMO, Project Management, Waterfall Methodology Stage Gates, Project financial experience, Time Entry, Invoice tracking, Actuals/Forecasting, Resource capacity planning, Project Management Tool Experience (Planview, Clarity, etc.), Advanced project management skills, Strong mediation and negotiation skills, Excellent leadership, analysis, facilitation, and client relationship skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Google docs. ? Education: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in technology, MIS, or related field. ? Experience: 7-10 years' system implementation Project Management experience, 7-10 years? experience in full SDLC systems/software development and implementation or comparably complex technical area, IT PMO Experience, Strong Project Management Skills, Financial and Budgeting skills, Presentation skills, Knowledge of Waterfall Methodology Stage Gates and Processes, IT Development experience ? Desirable attributes/qualifications: IT Development SDLC, PPM Tools i.e. Atlas, Planview, Clarity, etc., MS Projects, Reliable, Attention to detail, Strong Stakeholder Management, Able to manage multiple priorities with complex projects ? Years of Experience: 10+ Years of Experience managing IT Projects within an IT Project Management Office ? Job Purpose: The Senior IT Project Manager provides project management for Waterfall development projects and manages IT PMO administrative tasks such as project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, capital reporting, status reporting, project deliverable follow up, and project timeline management. ? Position Objectives: Ensures accuracy around project administration, financials and project deliverables and timelines. ? Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Plans and coordinates all aspects, such as meetings, tracking, reporting, UAT, of one or more technology development or implementation projects, or multiple small software development projects from inception to delivery. Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal business owners. Facilitates initial business requirements gathering and other necessary meetings with Business Analysts, Product Owners and end users. Creates standard weekly and monthly project status reports and documentation. Resolves project issues, mitigates risks, and manages scope change requests for all development activities. Manages and reports on budgets and progress on projects on a weekly basis.
