IT Specialist - Expert
Microsoft O365 and Exchange administrator
Day to Day Tasks:
- Provide O365 and Exchange 2016 administration.
- Provide support to 2,500 users.
- Responsible alongside a team for all email management and administration through Microsoft Exchange Online and an on-premises Exchange 2016 hybrid environment.
- Manage the OAG Office 365 tenant and all associated products including, but not limited to, Exchange Online Protection, OneDrive, Intune, ExpressRoute, Multi- Factor Authentication, Azure, Teams and SharePoint.
Mandatory Qualifications:
IT Specialist - Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
Expert - 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:
- 60 months of Office 365 administration and troubleshooting experience (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- 84 months of management experience with Microsoft Exchange.
- 48 months experience with on-premise Microsoft Exchange 2013 or higher in a hybrid environment.
- 24 months experience with Microsoft Intune Administration.
- 24 months experience with MS Teams integrated Unified Communication software and support.
- 72 months of Windows Server 2012 and above and Active Directory experience inclusive of Windows Server administration, Active Directory Administration, Enterprise Windows Server Patching and vulnerability management.
- 24 months experience Microsoft 365 apps install/troubleshooting.
- 36 months experience with Microsoft security and Purview compliance center, including data classification, automatic labeling, etc.
- 36 months experience reviewing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 access and functional issues using logs and other analysis tools.
