3. ME Close, Inventory, Invoicing, Credit Card payments, monthly reporting

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Accountant. Your work will provide critical accounting support for our growing business

Responsibilities include:
? Create client invoicing
? Assist in processing Accounts Payable, communicating with vendors regarding payment status, invoice request and inquiries
? Expense Report approval utilizing Concur
? Data reconciliation between systems
? Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
? Process and record daily banking activity
? Monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations
? Inter-co transactions and reconciliation
? Assist with month-end close including review of financials, journal entries and reporting for multiple entities
? Manage all company insurance policies
? Payroll processing including journal entries and commission calculations
? Calculation and filing of sales tax and federal excise tax
? Maintain fixed assets and related depreciation schedules
? Perform other duties as assigned

CPA a plus

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
? Minimum 3-5 years of Full Cycle Accounting experience
? High Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
? Extensive knowledge of Month-End Close processes
? Attention to detail
? Excellent communication, research, problem solving, time management and customer service skills
