Job Overview

We are seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will play a vital role in the lives of our students, providing guidance, support, and care in a loving and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
? Provide emotional support and guidance to students
? Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and community members
? Participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services
Requirements
? Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
? Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
? No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
