HVAC Technician

We are looking for HVAC Technicians! These positions will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Responsibilities: ? Install HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, and related equipment in residential and commercial properties. ? Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently, including cleaning, changing filters, and checking refrigerant levels. ? Diagnose and repair faulty HVAC systems, including identifying problems in the wiring, ductwork, thermostats, or other system components. ? Use diagnostic tools to identify issues with HVAC systems and recommend solutions to clients. ? Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring client satisfaction with the services provided. ? Ensure all installations and repairs meet local building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications. ? Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any issues encountered. Complete work orders and service logs. ? Keep track of tools and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and organized. Order parts and materials as needed.
