The Marketing Technology & Data Platforms team is a part of Humana?s Enterprise Growth organization, supporting marketing initiatives across the enterprise and for multiple lines of business. We are looking for a Senior Experience Strategy and Transformation Professional who can play a role in defining and transforming MarTech channel strategy to enhance effectiveness. Key Role Functions Plan, develop and execute MarTech strategy with an enterprise-level mindset across various channels. SMS will be priority with others (i.e. VAT, outbound calls, fax, etc.) as prioritized in the future Serve as a MarTech telephonic channel subject matter expert Serve as MarTech Telephonic Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) subject matter expert Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align planned strategies for execution Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to strategically transform workflow as needed to create additional channel effectiveness and efficiency Develop, maintain, and socialize channel best practices leveraging Humana-specific information and industry trends Report out monthly on channel health via scorecard noting key takeaways, highlights, insights, and actionable opportunities Collaborate with various cross-functional IT and business teams Consult on consumer experience design related to channel effectiveness and compliance Adopt agile mindset and assist in ART epic planning/prioritization of capability enhancements The successful candidate is an innovative thinker, highly organized, detail oriented, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. We?re looking for an individual who is a self-starter with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing or related field SAFe certification 6+ years of experience in marketing technology Deep understanding of MarTech channel strategy (email, SMS, direct mail, VAT, live agent, fax, etc.) Deep understanding of Telephonic Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Ability to develop and track KPI?s and analyze results Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and effortlessly moves between strategic and tactical activities Preferred Qualifications Experience with telephonic channels from a Marketing Technology perspective Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience in Healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries Additional Information To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees? ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $78,400 - $107,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
