? No weekends, evenings, or major holidays. Flexible hours.
? Our hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday.
? Starts out Hourly and moves to Base + Commissions.
? Remote positions available.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000+ yearly Responsibilities: ? Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. ? Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. ? Present and explain insurance policies to clients, helping them understand coverage options and costs. ? Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets. ? Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products. ? Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals. ? Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies. ? Required to get licensed within the first 30 days of hire. We will provide materials. ? Must have a laptop or computer available.

Qualifications: ? Excellent communication skills. ? Negotiate and process insurance policies. ? Calculating premiums and establishing payment methods. ? Humble and coachable attitude. ? High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. ? Must be able to pass a background check. ? Get an Insurance License and once licensed, sell your appointments.
