Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Avon, Vail, and Silverthorne branches.
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve branch goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Create and implement strategies to increase branch productivity and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to meet targets.
Train and onboard new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to current staff.
Collaborate with other branch managers and senior leadership to share best practices and implement company-wide initiatives.
Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the branch and build relationships.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management.
