Licensed Life Insurance Broker

We are seeking a motivated insurance agent with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify and convert sales leads for insurance policies while overseeing a robust portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will have served in a related insurance industry role in which he or she cultivated a pool of prospective clients through referrals, networking, cold calls, marketing initiatives, and other proactive sales strategies. $100,000 - $120,000 at plan commission Responsibilities: ? Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty ? Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish ? Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances ? Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders ? Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree preferred; high school diploma required ? Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required ? Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial ? Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required ? Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations ? Must live in and be authorized to work in the US to be considered for this position
